Job Description
Be the overall manager of our restaurant. This includes:
- Creating marketing plans for the brand, implementing and monitoring it.
- Managing the entire restaurant team including scheduling and payroll.
- Admin functions as well.
- Make changes within the organization to benefit the company.
- Managing our costs to maximize profit.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Good with people
- With a few years experience in the food industry
