Legal & Compliance Manager will be responsible as the company’s legal counsel as well as ensuring that the company is in compliance with all related regulatory matters. The candidate will be expected to manage relationship with a stakeholders including regulators, association and also external counsel where necessary in executing the day to day activities.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor of law from a reputable University
• Min. 3 years working experience, preferably having a big exposure /experience in the financial services
• Able to work independently and good communication skill
• Ability to learn quickly, attention to detail, prepared to be involved in the business process and to drive improvements
