Job Description
- Conducts research on laws or jurisprudence related to corporate operations
- Provides relevant facts and legal concepts
- Reviews, guides and assists departments on appropriate handling of CRR applications
- Sets up controls, processes and overall management of all APC group legal matters
- In-charge of required documentations relative to the SEC, IPO, DOLE and other legal, regulatory and statutory institutions
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor of Laws, Legal Management or related course
- Preferrably with background in corporate operations, finance, marketing, sales, labor relations and immigration
- At least 5 years experience on relevant corporate work, research, documentation and records handling and management
- Detailed, has passion for accuracy and exactness
- Has excellent communications skills, written and oral
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to speak Japanese is an advantage
