Job Description
- Support smooth business application implementation through user requirements management
- Handle business application incidents and change requests in a timely and appropriate manner by collaborating with Local Help/Service Desk, which includes but not limited to proper classification, prioritization, analysis, documentation and escalation to both IT department personnel and vendors.
- Handle smooth systems operations by managing, coordinating or delivering the systems maintenance, such as master maintenance for both local systems and ERP.
- Timely processing of payment to IT application service providers
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Information Technology or Computer Science

Basic knowledge on Data Modeling

Basic knowledge in SAP (SD, FI, PP, MM process in SAP)
