Job Description
- Provide general legal advice and support mostly related to:
(a) General labor and employment matters,
(b) Food manufacturing and sales regulations,
(c) Contract drafting, review and negotiation, and other business related concerns.
- Review and advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular training for the company regarding compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Set up internal systems, including filing and reporting process appropriate for the management of Legal Affairs of the company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Member of the Philippine bar in good standing and licensed to practice law in the Philippines.
- 3 to 5 years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, with working knowledge on DOLE, FDA, and SEC rules and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, proficient in dealing with different types of individuals.
- Strong problem solving skills, with ability to handle a variety of responsibilities and competing priorities.
- Accuracy and attention to details and ability to meet deadlines.
