Job Description
- Process and coordinate with the corporate secretary on request and issuance of sec certs
- Coordinate with government agencies (SEC,DOLE,DENR,NPC, etc)
- Manage filing and recordal of APC contracts and agreements
- Process legal request forms for legal assistance request of APC and APF business units
- Assist Corporate Legal Counsel in APC administrative matters (trade leakage prevention, data privacy, contracts management, etc.)
- Assist in annual stockholders meeting and documentation
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Legal Management or related course.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experienced working in a law firm as a paralegal or legal assistant or similar background
- Detailed, has passion for accuracy and exactness
- Has excellent communications skills, written and oral
