Job Description
- Gathering and analyzing facts, evaluating facts, evaluating drafting business/service contracts agreements based on legal laws and practices
- Knowledgeable on technical aspects of legal laws, concepts/standards and able to make sound recommendations
- Set up internal systems, including filing and reporting process appropriate for the management of Legal Affairs of the company
Minimum Qualifications
- Bar passer
- Exposure in the practice of Corporate Law and Labor Law
- At least 5 years experience
- Knowledge on Philippine laws especially DOLE, SEC, Corporate law and other matters related to the corporate operation
- Excellent in verbal and written communication
