Job Description
Job Description:
- Will manage existing booking reservation officers
- Issue/Run tickets and file for IATA reportorial
- Prepare analysis reports / ticketing reports
- Represent the company in internal and external travel events

Minimum Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 years experience in the tourism industry as a ticketing agent
- GDS proficient for ticket issuance - preferably Sabre (run tickets, queuing, etc)
- Knowledgeable with reservation and ticketing
- Analytical and good management skills
- Can communicate well and has a pleasing personality
- Sales experience is a plus
- Willing to work extended hours
- Strong customer service orientation
- Must be a resident of Parañaque or nearby areas
