Job Description

With qualified logistics and inventory management experience, Operations Manager will be responsible for all supply chain management duties including selecting carriers, researching shipping methods, assessing budgets, and organizing storage. You will be responsible for inventory management including ensuring stock health and on-time delivery to consumers & partners. You will need to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and perform their duties.

In addition to having excellent organizational skills, the Supply Chain & Operations Manager should also possess in-depth knowledge of logistics and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible and ownership of setting up and management of all operational duties pertaining to the online stores
  • Drive omni-channel operational initiatives and supporting on all major eCommerce related projects
  • Ensure compliance with all necessary government processes and secure necessary permits to facilitate importation and selling of brands/goods we will be selling in PH (customs permit, FDA, etc)
  • Coordinate with brand’s factory or logistics team for our orders/shipments
  • Review & selection of 3PL that will be able to do full end to end support in the entire logistics & fulfillment process (from point of origin to last mile delivery)
  • Lead in review and lowering of supply chain cost (from point of origin to customer last mile)
  • Identify and implement standard, routine reporting that provides insights, intelligence, and recommendations in the areas of: Supply Chain, 3PL & Logistics, Inventory (predictions, shelf life risks, returns), Customer Service in relation to last mile/fulfillment
  • Ensuring IT integration from Customer ordering, delivery tracking, proof of delivery, proof of payment, reporting, billing process, accounting, and other concerns
  • Monitoring and reporting to Finance on payment, fraud, shipping, checkout, chargebacks, promotional and all on site operational owned functions
  • Work with Brand Manager on execution & implementation of consumer promos on WH & fulfillment side
  • Provide projections on inbound inventory and outbound orders and monitor/report on daily SLAs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine optimal inventory levels and future requirements
  • Provide inventory predictions to ensure there are no supply shortages or surplus inventory leading to loss
  • Manage 3PL on all daily responsibilities in regards proper inventory management & handling (receipt, put away, inbound carton close outs, cycle counting, RTV, etc.)
  • Oversee and manage 3PL’s order handling (OMS QA, on time order fulfillment, shipping SLAs, returns processing, proper refurbishment of returns, proper rejection of out of policy returns, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or related field
  • Experience in progressive Supply Chain roles and 3PL vendor management
  • Logistics/Distribution experience in consumer/perishable goods is a plus
  • eCommerce experience is a plus
