Job Description
Will be handling basic maintenance work involving carprentry, plumbing and electrical concerns in apartment units. This includes:
- Carpentry:
- Changing door locks.
- Installing new locks and door hinges.
- Moviing around of furniture.
- Drilling of holes for installation of appliances and/or furniture.
- Plumbing:
- Changing of water heaters.
- Addressing leaks.
- Unclogging toilets.
- Applying sealant to problematic areas.
- Ceaning grease traps and drainage.
- Troubleshooting weak or no water problems.
- Electrical:
- Changing light bulbs.
- Installing new light fixtures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Reliable with carpentry, plumbing, and electrical works.
- No minimum educational attainment, no minimum prior work experience.
- As long as you're honest and competent you can have a job with us.
