Job Description
- Effectively implement HSE/IMS procedures/policies and Environmental programs
- Assist the Lead-Safety in the development, documentation and compliance requirements related to the effective implementation of HSE, procedures
- Monitor and implement closeout actions of occurrence reports related to safety incident/accident
- Participate in the root cause analysis and risk assessment session
- Maintain and update HSEQ records
- Attend to employees’ safety-related requests
- Assist Area Owners and Facility Manager in implementing effective use of safety meetings (toolbox meeting) in achieving zero accident objectives
- Facilitate safety awareness training (employees, customers, and contractors) related to HSE
- Regularly implement and conduct safety inspection/site audit
- Compose ALPI HSE documents
- Act as liaison to Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Bureau of Fire Protection and other agencies governing HSE
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of technical or engineering course
- With experience in manufacturing plant
- Certification in BOSHC/DOLE is a plus
