Job Description
You Will :
- Input Data;
- Receiving Customer Service Calls;
- Going to Schools for Training the Teachers;
- Replying to Online Chats and Emails;
- Working as a Team;
- Building and leveraging relationships founded on trust and integrity to facilitate opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
We expect you to have :
- Experiences in business development of SaaS (Software as a Service) for at least 2 years or
- Experience in Customer Service of B2B for at least 2 years;
- Strong communication, intrapersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills;
- Strong research and strategic analysis skills;
- High competency working with Computer;
- Highly conscientious;
- High mobility [having SIM C] and have their own motorbikes;
- Able to work under pressure;
- Can do multitasking.
Big bonus if you have :
- Experiences on working with Teachers;
- Having fast and accurate typing skills;
- Knowledge about Indonesian EdTech sector;
- Having SIM A.
