Job Description
- Master online store business procedure and knowledge, answer questions and request from customers by phone or live chat.
- Introduce product and guide customers to place orders to increase sales.
- Answer questions about payment, order status and other exceptional cases.
- Deal with exceptional orders, return or refund request and complaints.
- Ad hoc work.
Minimum Qualifications
- With sales or customer service experience preferred;
- Computer skill, typing speed (above 60 words per minute);
- English proficiency required;
- Steady-going person with great patience, positive, energetic and enthusiastic, an ability to multi-task across a variety of business areas, team player;
- Accept night shift and over time working;
