Job Description
- Gather data regarding the best practices in customer service;
- Establish workflow comparisons;
- Do a review analysis;
- Suggest and collaborate with the Project Manager to create an ideal workflow.

Allowance Compensation P150 per day and will be received 30 days after the intern’s last day

Internship timeline 2 to 3 months

Working hours 9 am to 5 pm but we’re flexible on time and we’re very output based.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field;
- Has strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Research experience;
- Inquisitive and curious to go into details.
