Job Description
Client Servicing and Education
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all day-to-day client account management matters
- Lead in responding to client requests
- Present reports on project progress, as needed by the client
- Accept ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments, to enhance AHA!’s reputation
- Provide exceptional client servicing on a day-to-day basis
- Educate the client about Behavior Design, and whatever science we are applying
Educating AHA! Team on Client’s Context

Provides client intelligence that would support AHA! Creatives and Content, in creating better interventions for client
Business Development
- Spot opportunities for new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet AHA!’s business goals for that client
- Collaborate with Business Manager (BM) to identify and grow opportunities with the client
- Craft WIP for client pitches (for current clients)
- Call for brainstorming sessions, and prepare the necessary brief (for current clients)
- Develop overall strategy and goals towards growth of AHA! business with the existing client
- Spearhead the development of the business plans to promote the attainment of the strategies and goals for a client, that is aligned with
- AHA!’s forecasts and business goals
- Assess potential projects against overall strategy and identified business goals
- Explore opportunities for further business with client, with Accounts Manager (AM)
- Research marketing and industry trends
- Craft WIP for client pitches (for new clients within the current company already being serviced)
- Lead in major presentations to client and to new clients within the current company being serviced
- Call for brainstorming sessions, and prepare the necessary brief (for new clients within the current company already being serviced)
- Keep track of sales quota/targets
- Report to AHA! Management to align goals, make improvements, and re-strategize AHA! growth-road map with the company
Project Management
- Ensure the timely and successful execution of our solutions according to client’s needs and objectives, within scope and within budget
- Develop, monitor and update Project Plan/ Execution Plan of projects (ExePlan)
- Close coordination and liaison between the client and internal teams (ex. Content, Comms & Creatives, Admin) and vendors/third-party (ex. project-based consultants, jr researchers, production managers, etc.) of AHA!, for the flawless execution of projects
- Set regular internal meetings
- Draft the CE and Budget Control Sheet (BCS) of a project, prior approval of the Business Manager (BM)
- Request and manage BCS
- Communicate regularly the progress of the project to AHA! management
- Report and escalate to Business Manager (BM) as needed
- Depending on the size and scale of the project, AM can get a dedicated project manager to help in project implementation.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-years account management experience;
- 2-years project management experience;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
