Job Description
- Create and execute a sales strategy within agreed client accounts, maintaining a high level of contact within set timescales in order to help define and execute the company’s client engagement strategy.
- Will assist in Operations job as well.
- Generate new revenue opportunities within agreed target markets, maintaining a high percentage of gross margin
- Ensure a high standard of conduct, leadership and service as a Sales Professional, in such a way as to result in complete client satisfaction at all times.
- Create and execute a sales plan, to keep it up to date, and meet the objectives laid down in it.
- Continually manage a pipeline of business that is at least five times the individual total annual goal.
- Provide leadership, mentoring and advice to other members of the sales team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be female.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Excellent in verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and follow-up skills, above average laptop computer skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus.
- With pleasing personality
- Creative and can work under pressure
- Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City
