- Manage all the social media profiles on channels like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Instagram, etc.; achieved strong social media presence of the brand
- Create and implement Social Media Campaigns; effectively increased engagement rate, social media followers and brand awareness
- Observe and respond to conversations related to the brand; helped to build, grow and nurture the online community and brand advocates
- Write blog posts on topics related to conversion rate optimization and content marketing; attracted organic traffic to the website
- Organize in-house events like Growth Hacking, Digital Marketing Meet up, bagged qualified leads for the Marketing and Sales team
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3-years of experience in online community and/or social media management
- Excellent communication skills both written and speaking English
- Full-time position available
- Experience in Business-to-Business marketing communications
- Strong familiarity of the IT industry
- Working knowledge of social media management platforms
- Bonus: Background in using Canva or other web design tools
- Must be willing to work in Makati City on a regular day-shift
