Reports and Analytics Associate  

The R&A Associate reports to the Senior Operations Manager, and is responsible in providing assistance to operations in the areas of creating reports and presents data into easily-consumed format that drives key-business decisions. The R&A Associate also works closely with R&A Sr Associate and Specialist to make sure all operational needs are met.

R&A Associate should have the technical knowledge of database, spreadsheet tools, and data visualization. As well as mathematical and statistical skills to gather, measure, organize, and analyze data. He/She should be able to analyze campaign performance data and be able to share recommendations to the campaign managers. He/She will also be introduced to operational tools and help the senior associate and specialist in improveming the features of our internal tools.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
• Generate and distribute required reports for operations and required by clients.
• Understanding of time and motion studies, lean principles and planning processes.
• Review campaign performance data and coordinate necessary recommendation to the campaign manager/team leader
• Delivers work and reports according to timelines, meeting tight deadlines.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Analytics, Economics, Information Technology and other Business or Analytics related courses (fresh grads are welcome)
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).

Skillset and qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
• Average verbal and written communications skills in English.
• Willing to work on a night schedule
