Job Description
Works with the Marketing Consultant Team throughout the project life cycle, to support the development and implementation of advertising services work.
Oversees the production process and acts as liaison between marketing consultants and managers. Performs mentoring, and SLA monitoring of all accounts and is responsible for daily administrative tasks such as creating reports and attendance and behavioral monitoring.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or three years related experience
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a BPO
- Excellent customer service and support skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule including but not limited to the graveyard shift, holidays, weekends, or as needed by the business
- Experience with providing and receiving coaching and feedback
- Good planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills
- Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including e-mail messaging applications, Microsoft Word and Excel
