Job Description
Job Summary:
The R&A Specialist provides assistance to operations in the areas of creating reports and presents data into easily- consumed format that drives key-business decisions. Participate in operation’s projects in the aspect of reports that ranges from routine to moderately difficult; and performs related work as assigned.

Skillset and qualifications:
- Graduate of market research, computer science, statistics, math – related degree/program.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in terms of reports and analytics.
- Strong background in MS Excel or any reporting software equivalent.
- Google Office Suite familiarity specific to Google Slides and Spreadsheet.
- Background in Google Scripts/programming/web coding is an advantage but optional.
Soft skills:
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Can handle pressure with project timelines and scope
