Quality Controller for Ad Operations  

Quality Controller for AdOps performs and assists in the execution of quality control and assurance processes for the Ad Operations segment, making sure that outputs meet quality standards and customer requirements. Responsible for assisting the Quality Management Lead in fulfilling requirements of the established quality management system for the assigned business segment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Quality Control and Assurance

• Evaluate outputs and processes of media planners and campaign managers objectively through established quality control processes and revisions and error analyses
• Provide feedback to media planners and campaign managers and report results of evaluations within established timelines
• Generate, validate, and send out quality-related reports as scheduled
• Provide support or assistance in documenting processes of the Ad Operations production and quality teams as required by the quality management system
• Assist the Quality Management Lead in resolving inspection or revision evaluation disputes, maintaining quality records, performing root cause analysis, and identifying and implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve performance

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or related area.
• Preferably 1-4 years of experience in writing advertising copy or in writing for Print or Broadcast news.
• High attention to detail and excel in a deadline-driven environment.
• Self-motivated, well-organized and can manage multiple projects independently
• Must have a team approach, work well with others and can build relationships across all parties (internal teams and clients)
• Must be willing to work in a graveyard shift/shifting schedule
• Applicants must be willing to work in UP Ayalaland Technohub, Diliman, Quezon City and/or Ortigas.
• Open to fresh graduates
