Job Description
Responsible in ensuring that that all facilities, supplies, and assets are tagged, monitored and assessed periodically in collaboration with the different departments.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be a graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
- Candidate must have experience in Facilities and office permit application and renewal, purchasing and coordination
- Must have good communications skills and is comfortable to support customers and stakeholders management.
- Candidates must be flexible in working on rotating shift or extending work hours if deemed necessary by the business
- Amenable to work in UP Technohub
