Job Description
Sales Coordinator provides the necessary support to the Field Sales Team and Client. He/she handles orders by telephone and email through verification of the order details. He/she will contact the client to resolve any queries to make sure that orders are processed in line with client’s delivery requirements.
A Sales Coordinator resolves all complex inquiries from the clients and ensures customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Media/Creatives, Advertising, Mass Communication, Journalism, or any related course.
- Has knowledge with digital advertising
- Excellent communciation skills
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Open to fresh graduates
- Fixed night shift
