Project Management Specialist  

Project Initiation

• Seek cross- functional alignment of Project initiatives in line with the company's goals and business direction
• Assist in defining project scope, objectives and deliverables and thereafter facilitate the strategic, commercial, technical and operational assessment of project initiatives during decision gate approval process and adhere to overall PM framework
• Assist in defining functional roles and dependencies for each project (usine the RACI matrix aor other appropriate tools)
• Assist in defining key performance metrics to which the project will be evaluated and assessed

Project Evaluation and Implementation

• Provide the necessary coordination, facilitation and integration support during actual project execution
• Actively maintain a pipeline of projects and initiatives and where necessary, highligh or call out potential risks and road blocks/ showstoppers and seek cross- functional perspectives to address project related issues

Monitoring and Controls

• Use appropriate PM tools to measure, track and report on project progress and performance (against baselin and/ or budget)
• Work with the Project Team in creating and maintaining releveant templates and managing project documentation and artifacts

Project Close Out

• Conven and facilitate Project Close Out discussion with the Project Team and document best practices and lessons learned where applicable.

• Preferred Technical Project Management background or fields in Computer Science / Engineering
• Proven working experience as a project administrator in any payments businesses or IT related services
• Preferred background in business skills, business management, budgeting, and analysis
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and various PM tools
• PMP Certification is preferred but not required
• Five (5) to eight (8) years of work experience minimum
