Job Description

  • Manage strategic and operational Customer / Relationship business partnerships
  • Demonstrate strategic sales and financial planning to meet / exceed revenue and profit goals
  • Work closely with Product Development to develop products and services
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of public transportation market
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of retail / payments market and B2B sales focus
  • Demonstrate working knowledge on channel management especially for traditional small ticket retail (e.g. sari-sari stores)
  • Create, open and operate new markets or business case (e.g. AFCS is new in the Philippines)
  • Lead competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate business development ideas by providing a robust Go-To-Market strategy and Business channel penetration strategy particular to Retail, Transport, Scheme, Issuing business models (but not limited) for the Company
  • Plan, coordinate and execute Business Plans for existing and new business partners
  • Manage internal and cross-functional dependencies particular in liaising with Information Technology, Product Development, Marketing, Finance and Operations to align overall sales strategy and solutions
  • Manage and develop a high performing team

Minimum Qualifications

  • A graduate of any Business Management Degrees preferred
  • Masters Degree / Business Management Certifications, an advantage
  • Business Channel / Account Development
  • Financial Modeling or Forecasting
  • Business Acumen and Financial Saviness
  • Technical Appreciation and Understanding (e.g. Devices, MSAM, etc.)
  • Strategic Thinking
  • Communication and Presentation Skills (excellent verbal and written)
  • Collaboration, Sales Negotiation and Persuasion Skills
  • Project Management
  • Experienced in various business models such as Acquiring / Issuing, Retail and Transport, an advantage
  • 15 years or more work experience with proven track record of increasing business revenue through generation of leads / sales calls
  • Open to Business Development Expertise from any industry
  • Direct Management of Associates, required
