Job Description
- Understand the business goals and objectives of the requesting organizational unit
- Understand, prepare and present data in an easily understandable format
- Work with IT Group to document data dictionary
- Create and update reports requested by AFPI teams on a timely basis,
- Lead the production of all CA KPI Management reports
- Provide support for the development of business metrics for AF Payments Inc.
- Work with IT Group to bridge raw data collected and managed by IT into business level information to help organizational units make data driven decisions
- Maintain or update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards
- Manage timely flow of business intelligence information to end-users by meeting agreed service levels
- Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Savvy with various Computer Programs or Systems that mines data; Information Science or Data Science, advantage
- Highly Analytical Skills, preferably with Statistical Analysis
- Data analysis, preparation, modeling and evaluation to transform raw data into business information
- Data query languages, mining tools, data analytics tools and reporting software
