Merchant Operations Supervisor  

This role will lead in the Merchant Servicing, Operations and UAT for Merchant Operations Team and assist in the estbalishment of work procedure and processes related to Merchant Operations. The role should be able to:

• Manage the Merchant Solutions Provider and Service Provider
  • define key performance indicators
  • device management system servicing
  • implementation of deployment plan
  • terminal installation and configuration
  • reporting and monitoring of terminal
• Work with the Business Development Team in relation to Merchant requirements
• Work with Settlement and Reconciliation Team ofor reports and dispute resolution
• Work with Cards Operation on Card Distribution
• Control Device Management Systems ( Merchant, Bus and Famoco System)
• Design, develop and implement policies and business processes

• Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, or Business Management Degrees, preferred;
• Financial Working Knowledge for Controls;
• Vendor Management;
• Relationship Management;
• Knowledge in Merchant Activation Disciplines;
• High Analytical/ Critical Thinking Skills;
• Business Acumen;
• High Attention to Detail;
• 2-4 Years of work experience;
• Open to any payments solutions or bank industry, preferred;
