Job Description
- The purpose of the role is to establish a professional business partnering relationship with the Rail Operators (LRT1, 2 and MRT 3) by providing support to service inquiries and resolutions to issues arising from AF Payments Inc. Settlement and Reconciliation, Merchant / Cards and Service Contact and Maintenance operations.
- The role functions as the single point of contact / consultant by the PTOs to the AFCS System in Rail.
- ·Upholds The role also upholds the Service Level Agreements set between AFPI and the PTOs within the Concession Agreement
- Operational Relationship Management includes:
- Facilitation of joint meetings
- Resolution of operational concerns
- Process trainings with AFPI subject matter experts
- Continuous improvement discussions
- Management of PTO and AFPI Meetings
- Escalation of CA/PTO-AFPI SLA and resolution
- Support to internal AFPI Operations:
- Cards and Merchant Operations
- Monitor and manage defective cards replacement
- Facilitate deliveries of cards to PTOs
- Contact Center and Maintenance
- Orientation of PTOs service escalation process/requests
- Maintenance / observe technician support to ticket rail operation
Minimum Qualifications
- Familiarity of AFCS System (Automated Fare Collection System) of Line 1, 2 and 3;
- Supervisory experience in the current AFCS System;
- Business Writing and communication skills;
- 5–8 years of work experience relevant to the role;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Relationship Management skills, a must.
