Job Description
- Work on a variety of projects including client work and internal product development;
- Closely collaborate with team members and project stakeholders to solve business problems with software;
- Fix issues reported in production environments;
- Quickly understand new domains and learn new technologies;
- Clearly communicate intentions with team members and project stakeholders;
- Confidently speak and write about technical matters clearly and precisely in English;
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 6 years of professional software development experience;
- At least 2-4 years of recent, full-time, and full-stack web development;
- Ruby on Rails experience is strongly preferred;
- Must have experienced building and deploying an app;
- Competent with all levels of a web technology stack;
- Effective working habits;
- Strong communications skills (verbal and written);
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills;
Successful candidates are expected to become Team Leaders, Mentors, and Senior Technologists in our organization within 1 year.
