Job Description
- Upholds brand values and recommends programs to further strengthen brand image.
- Establish matrices to ensure to determine compliance with brand values.
- Formulates and implements strategies to attain sales objectives.
- Delivers critical numbers relating to sales including top line sales take-out sales, banquet sales, and catering sales.
- Ensures the proper implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Organizes and oversees special events.
- Sets growth and improvement targets for stores.
- Oversees training, mentorship, and human development programs for all store positions to develop talents.
- Creates an atmosphere of harmony, teamwork, and motivation.
- Ensures that all store employees are aware of the following:
- Their respective key result areas and job deliverables
- Standards in food quality such as:
- Weights and standards.
- Styling and appearance.
- Flavor and texture.
- Standards in service quality such as:
- Procedures and flows.
- Waiting times.
- X-Factors.
- Enforces the company code of conduct.
- Supervises the operations of a chain of cafes and restaurants to ensure that it operates according to standard and produces its sales quota.
- Maintains the following:
- Standards of product quality and service.
- Cost of goods sold ratio according to standards.
- Labor cost and operating expense costs according to standards.
- Attains sales quotas.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably Management or HRM.
- At least 3 years supervisory experience in food industry.
- Computer literate.
