About ARK - Advancement for Rural Kids

We are are a social venture organization that partners and co-invests alongside rural communities in the developing world. Our flagship program, the P2.50 ARK Lunch, is an award-winning school-based lunch program that feeds kids every day, getting them back in school and eliminating malnutrition. We are rrridiculously serious about impact and creating solutions with the community that are self-sustainable. We don't consider ourselves a charity because we don't do handouts. Our motto is that we only invest in communities that invest in themselves. After several years of honing the program in Capiz, Western Visayas, impacting over 4,300 kids+ and serving 800,000+ lunches, we are now focused on scaling ARK to reach more rural communities. We started by expanding to Coron this year, and looking to continuously grow throughout the country and beyond. We like to break the mold and looking for badass talent who does the same. Our website is ruralkids.org.
