Job Description

  • Profitably grow the enterprise, agency and platform business;
  • Drive and manage the business units performance to hit business KPI’s;
  • Manage day to day operations of the business unit;
  • Develop and implement the market and sales strategy;
  • Maintain and manage the units operating budget;
  • Establish and maintain strategic and long term relationships with key accounts;
  • Work closely with the supporting business units to define and refine go-to-market product strategies, campaigns and processes;
  • Lead and ensure that client pitches are sound;
  • Manage, coach and lead the sales team;
  • Properly monitor and forecast sales pipeline and revenue
  • Takes the initiative - proactively identifies new opportunities, etc
  • Act as the key leader within AdSpark
  • Products and Partnerships: Sell their products and solutions, closely work with them to hone and create current and new advertising solutions to answer the needs of the market.
  • Media Operations and Analytics: Closely work with this team to plan, create, implement, manage, monitor and optimize campaigns that the team has sold.
  • Media Strategy and Creatives: Designs, plans and creates campaigns (media and creatives).
  • Marketing: Supports sales team in lead generating events and campaigns.
  • Finance: Closely works with finance to ensure profitability. Monitors group revenue, attribution and billing.
  • HR: Supports all manpower related requirements.
  • Tech Delivery: Work with this team to create bespoke websites, apps and other digital solutions
  • Advertising Agencies: Grow business and create strategic alliances (JBP) with both media and creative agencies.
  • Enterprise Accounts: Actively pursue and grow enterprise accounts to build the AOR business.
  • Business Organizations: Participate in advertising and business related organizations to build relationships, create new partnerships and promote AdSpark.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or business administration or Master’s degree in sales, marketing or business administration
  • Ten (10) years of related experience with progressive management experience and has strong understanding of Digital Marketing
  • A team player who helps to create a positive, effective working environment
  • Must have Agency or Digital Marketing industry background
