Job Description
- Conceptualize and source design elements for existing and new restaurant concepts
- Design architectural plans and perspectives for new stores and existing stores for renovation
- Source furniture, lighting, materials and other finishings, design and decor materials
- Lead and coordinate with lessor's admin/engineer, contractors, franchisee, and franchisor during construction/renovation
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- With excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D rendering software/applications
- Good taste, modern, and creative
