Job Description
- Familiarize and play client's games (iOS, Android, or PC)
- Provide email user support services such as responding to user's inquiries for iOS/ Android/ PC applications through email support/ ticketing system.
- Escalates certain issues when necessary.
- Be familiar with the team processes and product/game specifications.
- Check in-app announcements, official pages, or social networking sites for new information and updates.
Minimum Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's degree
- Above-average English communication skills (particularly written communication skills)
- Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and basic Google applications (drive, docs, sheets)
- Must be willing to work in shifting schedules, on weekends, and on holidays.
- Has enthusiasm and familiarity with mobile games and other online games.
- Can work under a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality of work
- Detail-oriented, can work smoothly with a team and can manage time responsibly
- Hybrid Work Arrangement (until further notice): Must be willing to work on-site located in Ayala Avenue, Makati City every once a week between Mondays-Fridays only and the rest of the work days will be work-from-home (decent internet connection is required for WFH and work unit will be provided by the company)
- Must be willing to work on-site if the company requires for full RTO (Return to Office)
- Fresh graduates
