Job Description
Adarna House is currently in need of an E-Commerce Specialist.
The position reports to the Business Development Manager and will be responsible for generating sales and developing partnerships with bookstores, e-commerce platforms, and other retail distribution partners. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Contributing to the overall sales targets of the company by managing Adarna House's bookstore transactions and e-commerce platforms
- Creating and implementing different promotional strategies for e-commerce
- Handling sales order placements and other customer requirements.
- Handling inquiries, issues, and concerns of clients.
- Assisting in implementing sales activities and literacy programs.
- Supporting customer service, marketing, and other departments in delivering quality products and services through bookstore partners and e-commerce platforms
Minimum Qualifications
- A sense of country and commitment to advocating reading and literacy improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- 1-2 years bookstore and e-commerce sales experience a plus.
- Internet savvy and with excellent business writing skills in both English and Filipino
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
- Self-starter and works with minimal supervision
- Highly organized and with good time-management skills
- Works well with a team
