Job Description
The essential tasks and activities are:
- Manages and supports Acumen’s new Learning Management System Ensures operational excellence and customer satisfaction for all internal and external clients
- Provides LMS Administrator services to Acumen Consulting and Capability Building arm. Some of the LMS Administrator services are; online content integration into the LMS, setting up courses, learning events, programs, and assessments in the LMS system, setting up and troubleshooting LMS reports (ex., bulk data loads and data extracts)
- Responsible for LMS system operations such as; reporting of incidents to vendor and internal support teams, tracking, documenting & reviewing of incident tickets, leading, coordinating and testing of system maintenance releases
- Administrator of the LMS HR knowledge bank, a repository of self-help and support for LMS users
- Responsible for managing LMS tickets (e.g., Remedy) received by triaging, escalating, assigning, forwarding, or resolving issues raised in the LMS tickets.
- Provide Support in translating client needs and branding strategies into design strategies.
- Assist in designing visual concepts using graphic design tools and video creation software
- Help Acumen provide engaging and inspiring deck and visual material
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified LMS administrator in most LMS areas: Courses, Learning Events, Assessments, and Reporting.
- Experienced in advanced LMS Functionality (Programs/Curriculums and Assessments).
- Extensive Knowledge in Adobe photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe premiere and other Mac video creation software.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any business-related course
- Knowledge of basic LMS Functionalities
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Strong planning and analytical skills
- Good results and time management orientation
- Strong interpersonal skills- ability to build effective relationships across the organization
- Ability to convey technical and complicated information in a concise, meaningful, persuasive way for a global audience
- Conveys a clear course of action and sense of purpose
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Works with minimal supervision and guidance
- Strong skills in Microsoft products: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Adobe Premiere, Illustrator
