Job Description

The Learning and Development (L&D) Content Manager will lead content, process and framework customization to support the Capability Building Operations.

The essential tasks and activities are:

  1. Lead the customization and revisions of Capability Building content based on the direction and guidance of L&D Client Manager and Client Director.
  2. Coordinate with the Client on their data, framework and process for deck customization.
  3. Coordinate with Knowledge Manager for Capability Building on appropriate content from the Knowledge Center library and identification of the relevant Processes, Frameworks, case studies and examples to be used for the Client.
  4. Coordinate with L&D Client Manager and Knowledge Manager for Capability Building on the design of the Coaching and Revalida programs.
  5. Supervise the execution of the training deck with the Graphic Designer.
  6. Lead the Faculty deck alignment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Five (5) years of experience in any Learning and Development (L&D) related role
  • Has understanding of the different marketing concepts and principles and is aware of the relationship between consumer value and business value.
  • Has the ability to apply the L&D framework and principles in different L&D situations and requirements.
  • Has Strong Customer Focus, able to translate customer information and act with customers in mind. Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.
  • Has passion for rapid and continuous learning, discovery and growth.
