Job Description
- Handles records of inquiries, phone call and logs them in a program/ computer system.
- Encodes and manages database (inquiries and enrollment for various accounts).
- Improve or modifies program /template for more efficient use
- Prepares reports or data needed by the company
Minimum Qualifications
We need efficient encoders to help in encoding test scores, help manage students' data of our review classes, as well as to help our in-house branch operations assistants in our daily operations/review classes for the summer.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate with a degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
- Must be a graduate of at least senior high school with needed skills.
- Must be proficient in MS Office especially in MS Excel (pivots, macros, graphs, etc).
- Must possess analytical and logical skills; be keen on details.
- Must possess programming skills and be willing to teach co-workers how to use programs/template.
- With average to above average typing speed; know how to use excel
- computer savvy
- With good interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with customer/client service responsibilities
