Job Description

  • Working as a close partner with local HR, Total Reward teams and Global Strategic Health and Wellbeing team to develop and implement AXP’s health and wellbeing strategy, providing medical and healthcare expertise, advising on action plans and identifying achievement measures that clearly demonstrate and integrated Philippines Healthy Living provision.
  • Reviewing management information reporting (MIR) from all of health & well being providers delivering services in the Philippines - including but not limited to HMO medical insurers, Global Employee Assistance Programme, onsite fitness services, Real estate facilities and onsite Catering, Global Online Health Risk Assessment tool, other Total Reward brand initiatives like Employee Appreciation (Reward Blue) and employee retirement and financial wellbeing (Smart savings) – with the ultimate objective to provide with an evidence-based interpretation of the amalgamated qualitative and quantitative health and wellbeing data available.
  • This viewpoint would be regularly reported by the Coordinator of Integration who can then support the development of appropriate strategy and tactics in line with wellbeing objectives to ensure the program evolves and delivers a world class service for employees.
  • Such reports would include but not limited to management information for:
    • Executive Summary of Service Provision
    • Industry trend and insights
    • OH service summary
    • Number of consultations
    • Type of consultations
    • Reasons for consultations
    • Consultation by Line of Business and demographics
    • Number of referrals
    • Direction of referrals
    • Status of consultations and cases
    • Number of closed cases and outcomes
    • Other services utilization
    • Top presenting conditions/illnesses
    • Population health risk data
    • Management Information gathered from other parties e.g. HMO, dental, gym, EAP, Facilities, Catering, etc
    • Employee feedback
    • Evidence of process improvement to ensure full health service integration
    • Summary and recommendations for next quarter
  • Will share industry, market and specific sector knowledge based on experience in working with other blue chip and service centre employers.
  • Working with the Supplier’s Account Manager and supporting Occupational Health Staff to ensure optimal provision and delivery of our services.
  • The role could be fulfilled by an experienced Health and Wellbeing program manager or practitioner or OHN/P with wellbeing specialism, with over 3 years experience in similar, client senior strategic advisory roles to large, multinational employers.
  • Would also act as Dedicated Account Manager and be based part of the time at Wellbeing Centre and part time at Supplier’s facility.
