- Create payment request forms for vendor invoices and employee advances and reimbursements
- Ensure complete supporting documents for all payment requests
- Ensure proper accounting entries for accounts payable transactions
- Monitor accounts payable transactions
- Other tasks as may be required

- Strong analytical and planning skills;
