Job Description
- Act as the primary contact for customers on all escalations
- Facilitate or escalate customer issues and complaints, both internally and externally
- Liaise with ActiveLink Helpdesk Team, and Third Party Service Providers escalating through these avenues to close
- Validate Customer details and requirements on data entry, categorize and deal with appropriately
- Maintain accurate database information
- Support HR Client on HMO Admin related tasks
Minimum Qualifications
- Medical course is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to take on additional tasks as directed by Team Lead
