Job Description
Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:
- Serves customers by providing service information; resolving service problems.
Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
- Lead the Customer Service Team, set up the process to ensure consistent delivery of support to customers.
- Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Prepares service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS Nursing and other medical related field is an advantage
- BS Nutrition
- Experience in HMO Coordination is an advantage
