Job Description
- Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials. Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
- Develops materials for Advertising and promotional activities covering but not limited to marketing collaterals, event materials and other set-up designs.
- Brainstorming of ideas and concepts with Creative and Accounts Team
- Continually develops retail design and lay-outs
- Prepare sketches, layouts and 3D renders to illustrate their vision for design
- Ensure that layouts and design requested meet the deadline as stated in the Job Order
- Present completed designed to Creative and accounts team
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Fine Arts major in Advertising Arts, Graphics Design, Web Design, Creative Multimedia, Visual Communication, or their equivalents.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably has a background in advertising and/or events/brand activations design.
- Experience working on projects related to corporate branding, digital marketing, advertising, and other online and print media is an advantage.
- Must have a mastery of various layout and graphic design software, which include but not limited to Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, and at the least most Adobe Suite applications. Knowledge of 3D design and video editing programs (preferably Google SketchUp) is a plus.
- With an excellent grasp of design fundamentals, art, visual communication practices, web standard, interface design and basic principles of advertising and marketing.
- Solid understanding of creative processes. Formats, and delivery procedures of output/deliverables
- Can multitask, submit projects ahead of time, and has the ability to work independently, in a team, and even while under pressure.
- Has the ability to work on time-sensitive task in a deadline-driven working environment
- Must be a creative, detail-oriented, and hard worker.
- Can display a good work ethic and high level of commitment to the task at hand.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
