Job Description
- Designs, develops, and maintains efficient and effective recruitment processes.
- Proficient use of A.I.M.S. to update the company’s manpower database.
- Builds rapport and professional relationship with manpower providers from various organizations, institutions and agencies.
- Maintains updated job descriptions of all manpower, table of organization and plantilla of the company.
- Conducts job interviews and effective screening processes.
- Observes the required and updated labor law policies in recruitment processes.
- Conducts effective and efficient recruitment presentation plans. Acts as a resource person on training project coordinators, company branch administrators on recruitment processes.
- Conducts research and development on best practices in recruitment & selection processes
- Administers contract signing and performs job orientations of all manpower (core & project-based manpower).
- Deploys and monitors manpower attendance and work performance as may be required.
- Updates all concern on the status of manpower sourcing, hiring, deployment and incident reports on project assignments.
- Performs other tasks as may be directed by the immediate superior.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree on Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Three (3) years in recruitment function, 2 years of which is in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven track record of managing recruiters for multiple clients for massive hiring.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, metrics, and guidelines
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Willing to work in Quezon City and to travel to Visayas and Mindanao office branches as required.
