- Post and prepare collection receipts for Agents to collect.
- Manage Accounts Receivables from different accounts.
- Ensure approval of Agents' Sales orders.
- Post collection receipts and delivered sales invoices.
- Calling Accounts for collection updates.
- Answer concerns from customers (customer service).
- Check collection remittances, and accurate recording.
- Perform other clerical or administrative duties as assigned.
- Perform other encoding duties.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Business or other related courses.
- Computer literate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
- Experience in working in fast moving consumer good company is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Fast learner, can multitask, and results oriented.
