Job Description
- Receive items from Lazada.
- Verify details from actual item versus documents.
- Scan documents from Lazada.
- Take images of items.
- Reseal items.
- Encode details to RMA file and Lazada portal.
- Monitor the following:
- Incoming returns.
- Details to ensure it's paid by Lazada.
- Endorse items to warehouse.
- Back to RMA receving items.
- Receive RMA defective, good, and/or for replacement items.
- Ensure the following:
- Properly do a quality check on all items (repaired and replaced).
- Properly diagnose backjobs or for returned items.
- Properly logged all diagnosed backjobs and returned items.
- All items are properly packed upon release.
Minimum Qualifications
- College / Bachelor's degree graduate.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knows how to troubleshoot / burn the following:
- Laptops
- Printers
- Projectors
- Desktops,etc.
- Knowledge on warranty or service center is an advantage.
