Job Description
- Perform periodical preventive maintenance of computer’s hardware and software component. This covers physical and logical cleaning.
- Perform basic trouble shooting of computers and other peripherals such as printer, scanner, keyboard, mouse and projector. Perform regular system and antivirus update.
- Administer domain controller (Windows Active Directory) such as creating, configuring and disabling active directory objects.
- Monitoring of Windows services uptime status.
- Administer the on premises Firewall such as maintaining and creating security policies. Monitor the firewall status and generate security reports using the built-in reporting tool.
- Monitor security using Firewall IPS and IDS and Administer Antivirus Server and Endpoints.
- Perform basic troubleshooting related to digital telephony (IP Phone). Coordinating telephony major issues to TELCO provider.
- Monitoring network uptime both LAN and WAN and troubleshooting by isolating network issue logically.
- Configure CISCO switches if changes are needed and coordinate external connectivity issue Internet Service Provider.
- Make recommendation on possible optimization, enhancements and upgrades to improve system response and increase network availability based on the current network infrastructure and set up.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any IT related course
- Has excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
