Job Description
- Troubleshoot through e-mail, chat, or phone when it comes to changing and resetting of passwords, the printer is down, and others.
- Support and assist customer globally on their technical and other concerns .
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s):English Communication skills, Technical Skills.
- Required language(s): English

- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
