Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Partnering with hiring manager / project manager to determine staffing needs
- Sourcing from different portals (bestjobs, linked, facebook etc.)
- Screening resumes
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Administering appropriate company assessments
- Performing reference and background checks
- Making recommendations to company hiring manager
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Follow up on the interview process status
- Discussing and negotiation of Job Offer
- Preparation of Employment Contract
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's / Degree Holder - Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, any related course
- With strong background in Recruitment Procedure (End to End Recruitment)
- Must be team player, flexible and kind
- With good negotiation skills
- Knowledgeable in different sourcing portals
