- Handles the full recruitment life cycle for the department including the following:
- Sourcing
- Screening
- Interviewing
- Checking references
- Onboarding
- Provides guidance and assistance to job applicants and departments.
- Identifies passive and active candidates.
- interfaces with departments and external community groups to promote and support overall recruitment efforts.
- Participates in the implementation of Recruitment and Services programs.
- Maintains strict confidentiality of employees and records.
- Maintains recruitment collateral inventory.
- Facilitates the distribution of promotional materials.
- Performs other HR functions as required by the department head and/or superior only after the appropriate training has been provided.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor`s Degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology or any related course
- 2-3 years experience specializing recruitment.
- Highly fluent in Filiipno and English.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
